Candidates are required to apply online through Bank's website
www.akoladccbank.com . Candidate will to click on New Recruitment/New Employment option and open the link through which online application form can be submitted by following instructions given therein. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. Candidates will have to take print of Recruitment Notification and application fee challan. The challan must be fill with neat clean good handwritings and must be in block letters.
For depositing the application fee, the challan with all procedure & fillings must be deposited in cash in the State Bank of India Branch in the name of The Akola District Central Coop. Bank Ltd., Akola A/c No. 32249219965
The application fee deposited is not refundable in any condition.
Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID. It should be kept active during the currency of this recruitment. Important instructions regarding written examination may be send through the registered e-mail ID. The Candidate should not use other's e-mail ID or should not give his/her password of his/her e-mail to other person.
In case candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her own e-mail ID before applying online.
Candidate should collect a receipt copy of deposited application fee through
challan. He/She should check the followings :
A) Branch No. and Branch Code
B) Transaction ID/Journal No.
C) The candidate should check the date and amount deposited.
Candidate is liable for online application only after depositing the application fee in the bank. The candidate have to visit the bank's website www.akoladccbank.comon recruitment page and follow the instructions of 8.1 given above.
Candidate should fill all the important information about application fee challan carefully in English and submit.
After accepting the online application, candidate will get a registration number and password at the same time. The candidate should keep the Registration number and password personal & confidential carefully. Which will be useful for downloading the Hall ticket or for correcting the errors during filling the application form. Without the registration number and password nobody can proceed in submission of Application Form.
At the time of written examination, candidate must produce the Hall ticket and the original copy of application fee challan without which candidate will not be permitted to appear for the written examination. It is advised to the candidate to have 3 attested photocopy of the challan of the application fee.
Candidate should take Hard Copy (Printout) of the online application and affix his/her own recent passport size photograph thereon. The same will have to be submitted at the time of document verification along with the attested copies of certificates in support of age, educational qualification, experience, caste validity and non creamy layer as applicable to the candidates when they are called for verification.
Candidates will be required to download and take hard copy (Printout) of the
Hall ticket from Bank's website www.akoladccbank.com. Candidate will be intimated about issuance of Hall ticket by e-mail or SMS.
Candidate who are listed in the offices of Assistant Director, District Employment & Self employment Guidance Centre, Project Officer, District Integral Tribal Development and District Sainik Welfare Officer should deposit the application fee given in the advertisement and have to apply the online. The candidate who will not apply as per given instruction above will not be entertained.
